Jeanne has been featured on American Sews with Sue Hausmann twice (Episodes 2108 and 2611 – Check you local PBS listings for times and dates.) She also taped a “Behind the Seams” webisode sponsored by PFAFF.
“Flip For Fun” the third book Jeanne has authored, is very different from “W.O.W. Bags”, which offers three unique types of bag construction and presents patterns suitable for people of varied sewing levels. The favorite bags in this book are the “green” fold out bags in three sizes. “Flip For Fun’ is also different from her first book, “Cross-Over Bags”, which has 10 great projects, all using a wonderful textile sandwich process. “Flip For Fun” presents patterns for a great handbag, checkbook cover and fantastic passport wallet. On one side the book offers instructions using quilted cotton – FLIP - the book over and instructions for the same practical projects are given using soft vinyls.
Jeanne has recently turned her attention to designing and writing patterns for several exciting quilts.
She has taught Schoolhouse at the Houston International Quilt Market, and has taught quilting and sewing classes in Alaska, Colorado, Ohio, Michigan and Illinois.
